Terms of Use

Short and without legal fog: how to use CyberBot, what is not allowed, and what we may do if the rules are broken.
What CyberBot is
CyberBot is an analysis platform. You buy a package; the bot reads the markets on Polymarket and writes a log you can check line by line. The bot does not trade your money or anyone else’s money. Each package has its own daily amount, and the term is the same for all — 90 days; both are shown on the package card. See the risk disclosure at the bottom of the home page. We are not a bank, a broker or an investment adviser.
You must be 18 or older to use CyberBot. By signing up you confirm that you are at least 18.
One person — one account
One person may hold one account. You may not register extra accounts for yourself, for relatives “on paper”, or for made-up people in order to earn referral bonuses.
We may treat accounts as linked when several signals match at once: network address (IP), device, and the crypto wallet address used for withdrawals. A single matching signal is not a violation — families, offices and mobile carriers share connections all the time.
If linked accounts were created to game the referral programme, we may: block all such accounts; cancel referral bonuses credited through them; refuse withdrawal of funds obtained this way.
If you live with another member or share a device — tell support in advance. We will note it on your account and no questions will arise.
Referral programme
Invite real people. Payouts are for invitees who genuinely use the platform. A bonus may be held for manual review if the accounts look linked; after the review it is either paid or cancelled. How the percentages work is explained in the Help section.
Money
A package’s daily amount is credited for every day you run a session; a day without a session earns nothing, and the package term keeps running. Withdrawals come only from the earnings wallet; money deposited to buy packages cannot be withdrawn. Withdrawals are paid in USDT on BNB Chain or Tron — you choose the network in the request — and only while the TaviChat app is connected. Minimum $40 per request; the maximums are counted on the amount that reaches the wallet, that is after the fee: $5,000 per request and $20,000 within any 24 hours in a row. A 10% fee is withheld from a request. If you froze withdrawals yourself, requests are not accepted while the freeze is running; after a freeze held to the end, one request within 30 days goes with a reduced fee. Requests from apparently linked accounts may go through manual review. The first withdrawal to a new address from a regular browser is confirmed with a code from the TaviChat app (no code is needed if the cabinet was opened with the “Your cabinet · CyberBot” button in TaviChat); after a password or email change and after TaviChat is connected again, withdrawals are paused for 24 hours.
What we collect to protect payouts
When you sign in we store your network address (IP), the country and city derived from it, your browser type and an anonymous browser fingerprint. We also store the crypto wallet addresses you have withdrawn to. This is used only to detect referral gaming and protect payouts. Details are in the privacy policy.
Blocking
We may block or freeze an account: for breaking the one-person-one-account rule, for attempts to game the payout system, for abuse and spam in shared sections, and for impersonating the administration or the support team. While an account is blocked, all accruals and withdrawals stop. If you believe a block is a mistake, contact support and we will look into it.
Changes
These rules may change; the current version always lives on this page and the update date is shown at the top. Questions — through support in the TaviChat app.
