Short and to the point: what cash, tokens, XP, packages, and missions are. If anything is unclear — write to support and we will explain.
Balance ($) is your real money in the project: the purchase balance plus the withdrawal balance. Deposits go to the first; the second gets daily package income, referral and team bonuses, the freeze bonus, payouts for accepted reposts and manual credits from the admin.
Where the money comes from:
Where it goes: withdrawal to your crypto wallet, or the “Move to purchases” button — then the money goes to a package upgrade or tokens, but it can no longer come back for withdrawal.
Tokens are the key to packages. A package above $150 opens for tokens, and once opened it stays open. Withdrawing money costs no tokens.
Where to get tokens:
So the more missions you finish, the sooner the next package opens. You can also buy tokens with money — from the purchase balance or the withdrawal balance (the $35 bonus cannot be spent on tokens) — and they also arrive at the end of a freeze. Tokens can be gifted only to someone you invited personally: the “Gift” button in “Referrals”, a 10% fee, and only in the cabinet opened from the TaviChat app.
XP is experience. The “47 / 240” bar in the profile header shows how much XP is left to the next level. Your level is shown next to your name (Level 15, 16, etc., max — 100).
Where XP comes from:
Your level shows your experience in the project, and from level 25 a VIP badge appears next to your name. Missions do not depend on your level, and the “Team” section is opened by Leader status.
A package is computing time for the bot — you pay for the time it spends reading the Polymarket markets for you. The package sets your daily income, how long a session runs, and how many passes the bot makes inside it.
On upgrade, while the old package is still running, its price is credited toward the new one — you only pay the difference. If the old one has already expired, the new one is paid in full.
Every package runs for 90 days. When the term ends you can take a package again — the same one or the next one up by price; you cannot skip a step — only START can be skipped. While a package is running, you cannot buy the same one a second time. After the term ends, you can always take your own package again — even if the platform growth scale has dropped below its mark. A package granted by the administration already counts as unlocked: it needs no tokens.
A session is one run of the bot, 60–240 minutes long (depends on the package). One tap on the AI agent page starts it. Inside a session the bot makes 4 to 10 passes through the markets — the passes show how far along the session is. The payout lands on your balance as one amount at the end.
A session brings money. Tokens are earned separately — through missions.
A session runs once per day on any package. The higher the package — the longer the session (60 minutes on NANO, START and CORE, up to 240 on QUANTUM) and the more passes the bot makes through the markets. The daily amount is set by the package itself and is printed on its card: it does not depend on what the bot sees in the markets. If you do not run a session on a given day, nothing is credited for that day, and the package term keeps running.
Missions are short goals. There are three kinds:
For a completed mission, you collect the rewards with one button:
Tokens come from missions. A session itself gives no tokens — it brings money.
When you hit the goal — tap “Claim” on the missions page. The rewards fly into the header: XP → level, T → tokens bar.
The “Referrals” section has your referral link and code — your friends can sign up with them. Invite people — here is what you get for the people you invited personally:
The money lands on your “For withdrawal” balance when the people you invited personally buy their first package. Only a Team Leader also gets a share of their sessions — 5%.
Invitees do not unlock higher packages: packages are unlocked with tokens and by the platform growth scale (see the “Packages” section). Ten active invitees do, however, give you Team Leader status.
Team Leader is a status for users who build their own team: 10 active referrals (signed up via your link and bought a package from CORE or higher; NANO and START do not count). The status is granted automatically and forever — the moment your tenth person activates.
What the status unlocks: the Team section with team quests and broadcasts, and 5% of every session your invitees run. It does not unlock higher packages: a package goes on sale when the platform growth scale reaches its mark, and then you unlock it with tokens. Once someone counts as active, they count forever — even after their package expires.
Leaders unlock a separate branch of Team quests. Only you get money for them; in some quests, those who contributed get XP — the quest card shows it. Everything is paid automatically:
How the team quest counter works. This is the most common question, so here is the exact answer:
Referral program: 15% of your friend’s first package purchase (see Referrals); a purchase made through your $35 bonus link and a package you gifted do not pay this 15%. Team bonuses come on top.
The main secret of a leader’s income is an active team. What to do:
The more people you invite personally and the more active they are, the faster team quests complete and the bigger your 5% of their sessions. A leader grows together with the team.
Withdrawals come from the “For withdrawal” balance — everything you earned on sessions, referrals, team quests, freezes and reposts. Money you deposited to buy a package sits on the “For buying a package” balance and cannot be withdrawn. Both amounts are shown side by side on the “Wallet” page. Money usually arrives within 30 minutes after network confirmation.
The address is entered right in the “Withdraw” window — there is no address field in settings. For a request to go through, all of the following has to line up:
Requests from accounts that look linked to one another may go through a manual check before they are sent. Money does not disappear anywhere in the process: it is either paid out to your address or returned to your balance in full. After a password or email change, and after a new phone with TaviChat is connected to the account, withdrawals are paused for 24 hours — this protects your money in case it wasn’t you.
More on where to withdraw and which wallets fit — see the “Withdraw” section on the landing page.
CORE ($360) pays back in 32 days ($11.61 per day), START in 45 and NANO in 46 — if you run a session every day. After that you can move up step by step — PLUS, PRO, MAX, ULTRA, TITAN, QUANTUM — once they open, where the daily payout is higher.
The platform’s main rule: one account per person. Extra accounts for yourself or for “paper” relatives, created to earn referral bonuses, are not allowed.
